The belly is more than digestion — it is a center of feeling, intuition and inner regulation.

In this experiential workshop we explore the inner landscape of the organs through gentle touch and somatic awareness. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai massage traditions, you will learn simple organ massage techniques and discover the relationship between organs, the nervous system and emotions. As well as how this can help us with our digestion, female cycle or back pain.

Thai Medical & TCM-Informed, Certified by Thai Government and
THAI (Thai Healing Aliance International)
Sunbird Shala · North Goa
13 - 22 November 2026
This training is an invitation to slow down, to listen through your hands, and to reconnect with the body as a place of intelligence, sensitivity, and presence.
Working in a small group, we explore Thai Yoga Massage not only as a technique, but as a relational and intuitive practice — where structure meets listening, and form becomes fluid.

Training Structure
Part 1 — Foundation & Flow (Level 1 · 4 days)
We begin with the foundations of Thai Yoga Massage:
body mechanics, safe and effective touch, and the basic sequence.
You will learn how to move with clarity and ease, developing sensitivity, rhythm, and a grounded connection to the body.

Integration Day — Rest & Absorption (1 day)
A day to pause.
Time to rest, integrate, receive a session, or simply be by the ocean.
This space allows the work to settle more deeply into the body.

Part 2 — Depth & Intuitive Practice (Level 2 · 4 days)
We deepen into the practice, exploring transitions, different positions, variations, and a more intuitive way of working.

Final Day — Integration & Closing (1 day)
A day to bring everything together.
Through practice, exchange, and gentle guidance, you integrate what you have learned and begin to trust your own rhythm and expression within the work.

Certification
Upon completion of the full training, you will receive a certificate acknowledging your participation in this 9-day Thai Yoga Massage Intensive. Additional Certificate from my Headschool in Thailand avaiable.

Throughout the training, we share simple, nourishing Thai meals together and move within a quiet, supportive space.

With a maximum of 8 participants, this training allows for individual attention and a deeply held group experience.

This is not only a training, but a shared journey into presence, touch, and embodied connection.
