Organ Wisdom – Introduction to Somatic Organ Massage
The abdominal space is a center of feeling, intuition, and inner regulation.
Our organs are closely connected to the nervous system—especially the vagus nerve, which plays an important role in relaxation, digestion, and emotional balance.
In this 3-hour experiential workshop, we explore the world of the organs through gentle touch, breath, and somatic awareness. You will learn simple techniques of organ massage that can help release tension in the abdominal area, support digestion, and regulate the nervous system. The practice is inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Thai massage tradition, and modern somatic bodywork.
The workshop is practice-oriented and open to anyone who would like to explore their body in a new way—no previous experience is required.
